The NOSAAI is a national representative survey measuring American attitudes and opinions on automation, Artificial Intelligence and their effects on the economy. The study was conducted February 19-21, 2020 of 800 adults and has a Margin of Error of +/- 3.46% at the 95% Confidence Level. Results were presented on March 3, 2020 at the Graduate and Postdoctoral Research Symposium at Wayne State Univeristy. The NOSAAI study was designed and conducted by Matthew Detzler. Mr. Detzler’s academic focus is identifying key opportunities in the financial markets and social trends in regards to automation, Artificial Intelligence and machine learning.
Respondent sample was supplied by Dynata. Dynata has been a supplier to market researchers since 1977 for phone and mail surveys and has been a source of online panels for over 20 years.
The NOSAAI utilized the Qualtrics survey platform. Qualtrics is the most well regarded and utilized professional survey platform in the world, allowing a single survey source to be taken on a desktop, tablet or mobile device.
